What happens if I don't like the items or they don't fit
Don't panic. If you send them back to us as per terms and conditions, you can either order next size up or down or have full refund. Please note you will be charged shipping costs to exchange and will not be refunded shipping costs. There will be certain items and products that are perhaps more fashionista that will go in the sales and other items that will remain full price all year round. Please keep returning to site to look for any special offers, discounts etc.

Where do you source your stock?
Our stock at What a Girl Needs comes from all over the world and quality is the most important factor when buying our products. We endeavour to ensure that all items sold adhere to all standards necessary.
Can I use any of the images on the website?
Nearly all photographs used on the website are originated by What a Girl Needs and as such are protected by copyright. This belongs to What a Girl Needs and restricts any third party reproduction without permission. All designs of products shown on the site are owned and copyrighted by the individual designers and restricts any third party reproduction without permission from them.
Why do you request email address and telephone numbers etc
We ask for these details so we can contact you in case there is a problem with your order or delivery.
We also contact customers who have signed up to our newsletter with special What a Girl Needs offers and information. We can also then alert you to any sales, promotions etc before anyone else.
We do not make e-mail addresses or telephone numbers available to any other companies. You are also instructed to tick a box on the site when registering to ensure that any personal details are not sent elsewhere.
Can you guarantee stock availability?
We aim to keep abreast of all stock availability and if the site is showing any low stock order we will advise immediately and a lot of products are easily available for re-order. However there are some fashion items that obviously limited and once sold, there will be no re-orders available. We aim to keep a very close eye on this and endeavour not to disappoint.
Why do you not offer free returns?
This would mean higher costs on the products in the first place and we hope that you won't be returning anyway!
How long do I have to return goods?
All goods must be returned within 7 days or 14 days on international orders.
How long does it take to process returns?
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible but cannot give a guaranteed time.
