Shipping & Returns

At What a Girl Needs we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. To this end, we have several delivery services available and, where possible, you can choose how you would like your order to be delivered. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch. Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the Royal Mail or other dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. What a Girl Needs will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Standard Delivery

Standard Delivery will be made via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK. Delivery will take between 1-3 days. There is no extra charge over the shipping costs expressed on your invoice.

Standard postage and packing for all orders within mainland UK is charged as follows:

Standard Delivery - £2.95
Express Next Day Delivery (Order before 2.00pm)- £6.00
International within Europe Delivery - £15.00
International Rest of World Delivery - £20.00

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is a next working day Royal Mail service, available for deliveries throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note, Express delivery orders received and confirmed by 3 pm on Thursday will not be dispatched until Friday, and as a result will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest. Express delivery requires a signature upon receipt.

Please Note: Next day delivery can not be guaranteed in all circumstances. At times delays are unavoidable. At any stage please feel free to contact us if shipment is delayed.
